The Sales Director for Industrial will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for creating and executing the go-to-market strategy for Coatings & Inks, Construction & Building Materials, and Specialty Markets. This role involves managing a team of three salespeople to defend and grow current customers while also expanding sales coverage to include current and former customers for milling equipment. The Sales Director will develop new customer targets and prospects based on market development efforts and guide the sales team into new markets and opportunities using their expertise and experience. Additionally, this position will act as a 'Player/Coach' by owning and developing certain accounts or key customers.
