About The Position

The Director of Sales, West will lead Securiti's sales organization and drive revenue growth across the region. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing high-performing teams, and establishing Securiti as the leading provider of Data and AI Security, Privacy, and Compliance solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 8 years in senior sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets ($50M+ annually) in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical solutions in privacy, security, compliance, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and enterprise security requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling sales organizations from $30M to $100M+ in annual recurring revenue
  • Previous success selling to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology)
  • Track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators
  • Experience with modern sales methodologies and tools (Salesforce, MEDDIC, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals across North America, working closely with executive leadership to align sales objectives with company vision and growth plans
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, including regional sales directors, account executives, and sales development representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Drive enterprise sales cycles from start to finish, personally engaging with C-level executives at major accounts while enabling the team to do the same, leveraging deep understanding of data privacy, security, and governance landscapes
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers to create new revenue opportunities and enhance market presence
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product roadmap, and customer needs, providing valuable market feedback to inform company direction
