We are looking for a focused and disciplined leader who can develop, inspire, and coach a sales team in a dynamic media environment. The DOS oversees all aspects of the Sales Department, including staff management, maximizing inventory management, revenue goal setting and achievement, and budgeting. This job requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a competitive spirit, and a passion for creating solutions for our customers using the power of our media assets. Our next Director of Sales must bring a proven history of growing revenue for both legacy broadcast and digital products on multiple platforms. In partnership with the General Manager, the Director of Sales will set the tone for all aspects of local, national, and digital sales initiatives while inspiring our team to achieve their personal and professional objectives. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies that deliver powerful solutions to our clients with a full suite of media products. New Business Development with our robust suite of digital capabilities via Gray Digital Media as well as our broadcast properties - WCSC(CBS), ECSC (Palmetto Sports and Entertainment Network), GCSC (Bounce), and WZCH(Telemundo), will be a top priority.
