About The Position

As the Director of Sales, Target at Feastables, you will own and lead our Target business end-to-end, serving as the primary strategic and commercial partner to one of our most important retail accounts. You will be responsible for defining the Target strategy, deepening senior-level relationships, and translating Feastables’ brand vision into executable plans that drive distribution, velocity, and share growth within Target. This role blends strategic account leadership with hands-on execution. You will shape how Feastables shows up at Target across assortment, shelving, promotions, and innovation launches, playing a critical role in scaling the brand and accelerating our next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience within CPG, with direct ownership of a major national retailer
  • Deep experience managing and growing a Target account, including established relationships with key Target decision-makers
  • Proven track record of driving distribution, assortment expansion, and sustained revenue growth at Target
  • Strong understanding of Target’s merchandising approach, category management, and shopper dynamics
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams to consistently exceed goals
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into clear strategies and retailer-ready narratives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading executive-level internal and external conversations
  • Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall Target account strategy, including annual planning, joint business planning, and long-term growth roadmaps
  • Drive distribution, assortment, and space gains across Target, ensuring strong execution at shelf
  • Develop retailer-specific sales strategies by product category that align with Feastables’ broader brand and portfolio strategy
  • Build and strengthen senior relationships with Target’s merchandising, buying, and category teams
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Innovation, Finance, and Strategy to align launches, promotions, and retail execution
  • Identify and capitalize on retailer-specific trends, shopper behaviors, and category opportunities
  • Set, track, and exceed sales, distribution, and share targets using data-driven insights
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and results
