TransUnion is seeking a Director of Sales for the SLED market in Public Sector, with deep expertise in the Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets. In this role, you will leverage your established relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers and apply your proven “hunter” mentality and leadership experience to expand TransUnion’s market share with industry-leading solutions. Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales experience in information solutions serving the SLED market.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience managing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated history of quota attainment and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to forecast and project revenue accurately.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and other software tools; internet savvy.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and persuasion abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the direct SLED sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to build, cultivate, and close pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales to implement strategies that expand market territory.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and revenue projections to support organizational goals.
  • Represent TransUnion professionally in presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
