Here are some of the examples of the things you'll do: Drive retirement plan sales throughout the market by calling on advisors to promote the sale of defined contribution and defined benefit products targeted for retirement plans in the 0 - 10M AUM. Build and establish relationships with financial advisors and third party administrators. Collaborate with the relationship management team to pursue additional sales opportunities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
  • 2+ years of retirement sales experience with deep knowledge on retirement products.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to meet or exceed established goals.
  • Excellent consultation and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio construction, capital markets, and financial service products.
  • Licenses Required within 5 months of employment: Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63). Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained.

  • Experience with non-qualified plans, defined benefit and ESOP’s a bonus!
