About The Position

As the Director of Sales, Private Equity - Fund Admin sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth across our suite of Fund Administration solutions to Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Funds. You will lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, guiding them in introducing top tier clients to our comprehensive product offerings—including Fund Administration, portfolio management, reporting and analytics, investor management, investor portal, valuations, and data collection. In this leadership role, you will oversee consultative sales processes that highlight the value of our best-in-class fund administration platform and services team, tailored to meet clients’ evolving reporting needs. You’ll champion our technology, ensuring it meets the needs of both fund GPs/Admins and their investors/LPs, and you will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success teams to drive product adoption and market expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in the private markets landscape, especially Private Equity and Private Credit.
  • Track record of leading a quota-carrying Sales team and exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing Sales or Business Development teams across multiple business lines.
  • Existing contacts within the private capital markets community.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level executives.
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and passion for the alternatives market ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth in Fund Administration solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~10 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Oversee consultative sales processes to highlight the value of the fund administration platform.
  • Champion technology to meet the needs of fund GPs/Admins and their investors/LPs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client success teams.
  • Drive new business growth in Private Equity Investors sales motion.
  • Foster a culture of training and coaching for new reps.
  • Partner with recruiting to build a strong talent bench for the sales organization.
  • Work with sales enablement to improve new hire onboarding and ramp time.
  • Participate in active deals to drive towards closed won opportunities.
