  • Lead and manage all day-to-day activities with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives.
  • Work with management team in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
  • Achieve personal booking goals, business transient and extended stay budgeted goals.
  • Monitor transient selling rates and work hand in hand with revenue management to make strategic decisions for hotel.
  • Achieve proactive solicitation goals.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposals, writing contracts, customer correspondence, etc.).
  • Analyze market information and implement strategy to achieve property's financial goals.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback and review guest satisfaction results to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and display leadership in guest hospitality.
  • Self-motivated with solid leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport with both new and existing clients.
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven lead-generation and closing skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.
