Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales management success in a B2B industry
  • Experience developing and managing sales teams
  • 5+ years leading teams of 5+ members
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable sales processes
  • Deep experience with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous outside sales experience
  • Experience with contract negotiations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing and managing multi-location sales teams
  • Budget management experience of $1M+
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from $5M to $25M+
  • B2B sales experience, ideally in service-based industries
  • Strong grasp of marketing strategy (campaigns, content, social media, etc.)
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree
  • Director-level or higher in a sales leadership role
  • Experience growing revenue beyond $25M
  • B2B experience in the building services industry
  • Experience working in entrepreneurial environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead expansion into new markets and oversee branch development, including pricing and staffing
  • Manage CRM strategy (HubSpot), including tool configuration and automation
  • Collaborate with Operations to improve customer service processes
  • Foster cross-functional alignment and ensure effective sales leadership
  • Supervise and improve sales processes, tools, and performance metrics
  • Hire, train, and manage sales teams across multiple locations
  • Oversee onboarding and coordinate handoffs with internal teams
  • Increase revenue using structured growth plans
  • Maintain accurate sales systems, contracts, and CRM data
  • Oversee a $1M+ sales operations budget
  • Measure and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
  • Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and competitive activity
  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand strategy
