About The Position

The Sales Director at Travel + Leisure Co. is responsible for achieving defined sales targets through effective management and support of the sales team. This role involves staff recruitment, development, and financial management of the site, ensuring that the sales team is motivated and equipped to meet performance goals. The Sales Director will also play a key role in training, marketing strategy education, and maintaining ethical standards within the company.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills including motivating and coaching a sales team.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Problem-solving and negotiating skills.
• Ability to recognize financial trends and apply them to the business.
• Flexibility to work operational hours of the site.
• Must have a CA Real Estate license or be willing to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets by supporting and motivating the sales team.
• Assist the Vice President with staff recruitment and development.
• Manage site financials and ensure performance goals are met.
• Provide training and education for the sales team on marketing strategies.
• Represent the company in an ethical and professional manner.
• Participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings.
• Support sales employees on-site and ensure effective communication within the team.
