The Director of Sales for Luxury, Lifestyle & Managed Hotels will provide direction, oversight, and expert-level sales leadership to the HMG Brand portfolio, sales, and/or marketing staff. The role involves engaging hotel leadership, assessing local market dynamics, current industry trends, and sales figures to determine the strategic direction for marketing and sales operations in each assigned hotel. The Director will ensure that plans and strategies are implemented effectively by hotel management, identify training needs, and coordinate cluster sales and marketing activities. Additionally, the role includes integrating national marketing initiatives at the local/regional level through tactical promotions.
