To support continued growth, ADI is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join the Industrial Sales Leadership Team. This role is critical to the performance of our field organization and to advancing ADI’s long‑term commercial strategy. Role Overview The Director of Sales leads a large, multi‑regional North America sales organization within ADI’s global Industrial business. This leader sets commercial direction, builds and develops high‑performing leadership teams, and drives sustainable growth through strategic customer engagement, disciplined execution, and strong cross‑functional alignment.
