As we expand nationally, Rep-Lite is seeking a Director of Sales to lead new business development initiatives, establish strategic partnerships, and drive long-term, scalable revenue growth. This is a senior-level, individual-contributor role with high visibility and direct impact on company performance. The Director of Sales is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building and managing strategic partnerships that expand Rep-Lite’s market presence. This role will work cross-functionally with leadership, recruiting, delivery, and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies, grow key accounts, and support sustained revenue growth. This position requires a proven background in staffing or workforce solutions sales, strong enterprise-level relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
