Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience as a business development manager or similar role.
• Persistence and knowledge of the product or service being sold.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement action plans for increased product awareness and sales.
• Analytical skills to conduct market research and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Leadership qualities to direct and motivate the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of open communication within the team.

• Accountable for all sales activities, including forecasting analysis and lead generation.
• Generate sales and expand the customer base for all businesses.

• Meet regularly with brand property managers to discuss sales impact on goals.
• Identify new and existing target accounts based on research.
• Monitor market trends and business performance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Analyze existing sales approaches and recommend changes as required.
• Focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships.
