About The Position

The Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for putting the strategy, systems and training in place to support successful on-boarding, certification & on-going education for the GTM team in a dynamic growth environment. This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Learning & Development.
  • Proficiency in LMS tools & standard GTM tools (Salesforce, Highspot, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.).
  • Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an enablement strategy designed to drive consistency and increase revenue across the inside sales, sales and account management teams (GTM).
  • Design, utilizing standard LMS tools and learning principles, content to support enablement of GTM team.
  • Create the framework to support learning & delivering the training.
  • Work with various teams across business units to develop and deliver content that includes product training, systems training, and basic skills training (presentation skills, prospecting, etc.).
  • Partner with HR & leadership to track and analyze GTM performance, developing learning plans for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales enablement initiatives and their impact on performance, developing KPIs and metrics and highlighting ROI where possible.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to GTM teams, highlighting what is working and what isn't.
  • Implement standard process for Win/Loss Analysis, creating feedback loop to key stakeholders for process/product improvement & enablement to support gaps in process.
