As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will lead Axon Enterprise’s onboarding, training, and knowledge management initiatives—foundational programs that enable every new and existing team member to contribute with confidence and clarity. You will design and deliver resources, frameworks, and experiences that help the Enterprise business scale its expertise, integrate new talent, and build a culture of growth and operational excellence. In addition to your core focus areas, you will provide crucial support across our business operations pillars, partnering on projects involving finance oversight, deal desk, headcount/OpEx management, and internal tools. Your work will touch every part of the org, making you a connector between people, process, and performance.
