About The Position

NYC Alliance Company LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Discount Sales, to spearhead the sales strategy specifically focused on our better discount product line. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading efforts to maximize sales revenue, expand market penetration, and enhance the overall customer experience within the discount segment. Your expertise in discount retail sales and ability to lead teams will be crucial in driving our business forward.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly within discount retail and women's better apparel.
Strong understanding of discount sales strategies, pricing models, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Data-driven mindset with a knack for analyzing sales metrics and translating insights into actions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Proficient in retail management software and CRM systems.
