About The Position

VENU+ is the global leader in turn-key revenue-share outsourced services, focusing on guest mobility, storage, experiential souvenirs, photo capture services, and entertainment solutions for high-traffic retail, leisure, and amusement venues globally. The Director of Sales- North East will execute the promotion and sales strategy for VENU+’s full suite of revenue-generating guest experience products. This role is responsible for driving market growth and revenue across this product portfolio within the assigned region. The Senior Director will be a seasoned executive with a proven ability to lead high-performance sales teams, build strategic relationships, and deliver consistent results. This individual will shape and manage go-to-market strategies, oversee regional sales operations, and cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of progressive work experience in B2B sales, account, and business relationship management.
  • 7+ years of managerial role in a sales atmosphere.
  • Experience in sales development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Creative, flexible, and adaptable to new situations and assignments.
  • Ability to work with people up and down the organizational chain.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, verbal, and written forms.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision combined with a very hands-on approach.
  • Effective time management skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Availability for weekend trade shows and sales meetings when necessary.
  • Timely submission of expense reports (within 5 days of Month’s end).
  • Exhibits a willingness to travel up to (80%).

Responsibilities

  • Executes promotion and sales for fleet-managed guest mobility, arcade, secure storage (lockers), photo capture, and souvenir coin solutions for VENU+’s products.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships and will be involved in all aspects of the customer journey and sales process.
  • Develops and manages relationships with individual hotels, management companies, purchasing companies, interior designers, architects, and ownership groups.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Monitors key performance indicators with all offices and staff.
  • Prepares proposals by determining concept, gathering, and formatting information, budget, and financial impacts, writing drafts, and obtaining approvals.
  • Monitors company and market performance to determine if strategies need to be adjusted or new strategies should be introduced.
  • Provides market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; aligning with internal priorities.
  • Prioritizes accounts to their short, medium, and long-term profit potential.
  • Plans, coordinates, and documents the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
  • Takes ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
  • Delivers presentations, conducts seminars, and participates in meetings with clients, external vendors, or advisors.
  • Submits accurate sales forecast in the CRM based on field sales indications.
  • Contributes to the development of sales and rentals of VENU+ products to the hospitality multi-housing segments, healthcare, and related industries in the region.
  • Participates in local trade shows, events, and conventions as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
