The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the Business Travel Sales team across your hotel complex and deploy creative, dynamic, and impactful commercial strategies aligned with achieving the hotel(s)’ annual revenue goals. As the Director of Business Travel Sales for Hiltons of Chicago , you will oversee the commercial strategy for the Business Travel Sales team, with a focus on strengthening performance by tightly aligning strategic direction with business processes. These processes should be intentionally designed to influence key revenue streams—including Rooms, Catering & Events, and the overall Guest Experience. Core deliverables include optimizing team deployment, defining team composition, and establishing a cadence of predictive and prescriptive activities that consistently drive performance.
