CoreHR is a startup Professional Employer Organization (PEO) focused on serving small to medium sized businesses. Our mission is to remove the HR burden entirely including payroll, compliance, benefits, workers’ compensation, and ongoing HR administration allowing founders and operators to focus on growing their businesses with confidence. We are seeking a Director of Sales & Business Development to lead and execute CoreHR’s go-to-market strategy. This role is responsible for building our sales pipeline, converting early customers, developing referral partnerships, and shaping the long-term revenue engine of the company. The position is structured as a senior leadership role with both fixed compensation and long-term partnership-level incentives. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys building relationships with business owners, and wants to directly influence the growth trajectory of a company.
