Avetta is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales (B2B SaaS) to lead our Mid-Market sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of 4-8 Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. The Director of Sales will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the mid-market segment. If residing within commutable distance to one of our offices, a hybrid schedule would be requested, (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Remote work may be considered for those outside of commutable distance to an office.
