They are actively seeking a dynamic, growth-driven Director of Sales and Project Management to lead and scale its NYC Metro operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, strengthening profitability, and building a best-in-class sales team within one of the most competitive commercial flooring markets in the country. The Director will drive regional revenue strategy, expand market share, and cultivate a high-performance sales organization aligned with company-wide growth objectives. This leader will not only develop and manage a team of sales professionals but will also carry and achieve their own individual sales goals, setting the pace through personal production, accountability, and example. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this individual will serve as the senior commercial leader for the region—shaping business direction, enhancing operational execution, and fostering long-term, strategic client partnerships that position the organization for sustained success. This leader will balance strategic vision with disciplined execution, building infrastructure while driving immediate results.
