The Director of Sales and Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving overall revenue growth at MVP Sports Clubs, with primary responsibility for membership sales and internal and external marketing strategy. This role works collaboratively with in-club and corporate leadership to develop and execute concise, data-driven strategies that increase new member acquisition, improve retention, strengthen brand presence, and maximize revenue performance. This leader will oversee the Membership Sales Team and Marketing Department, ensuring alignment between lead generation, prospect management, brand positioning, and conversion strategies. The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for creating synergy between sales and marketing to deliver measurable growth across all clubs.
