Beztak is looking to hire a Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for ensuring the overall sales goals of the community are met. This is achieved by making incoming and outgoing calls, touring prospective residents, developing connections throughout the area, and consistently securing new leads/leases. Compensation: Base salary of $60,000 + significant commission potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall sales goals of the community are met
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, ensuring five-star customer service is always being displayed
  • Assists with maintaining a motivational atmosphere throughout the community
  • Assists in the creation of sales and marketing reports, as well as captivating newsletters and social media updates
  • Completes community tours in a manner that meets company expectations
  • Completes the daily marketing checklist
  • Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed
  • Able to handle problems as they arise in relation to the operation of the community
  • Collect data and establish facts to draw valid conclusion when problems arrive. Make necessary changes to prevent the problem from occurring again
