About The Position

Liberty Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing. The role involves planning, organizing, and implementing marketing and public relations programs in collaboration with the Marketing Team and corporate marketing professionals for the senior living community. This includes using various mediums such as brochures, cards, invitations, and health fairs. The Director will work with community directors to achieve and maintain census and revenue goals, conduct tours, and telemarketing to sell the community to prospective residents and their families. The position requires thorough knowledge of the community's services, rate schedules, and floor plans, as well as the ability to articulate this information effectively. The Director will also utilize CRM tools to generate reports, attend meetings, and train sales personnel as needed.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree in a related major.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years sales and marketing experience, preferably in Senior Living.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Aptitude and desire to master the ENQUIRE CRM database program.
  • Creative ideas for holiday cards, invitations, and community celebrations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and implement marketing and public relations programs.
  • Work with community directors to achieve and maintain census and revenue goals.
  • Conduct tours and telemarketing to sell the community.
  • Utilize CRM tools to generate weekly benchmark and marketing reports.
  • Attend weekly Department Head meetings and bi-annual sales trainings.
  • Train and coach sales personnel.
  • Qualify applicants both physically and financially.
  • Negotiate and authorize agreements with prospective residents.
  • Supervise coordination of move-ins and oversee move-in schedules.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive attitude among staff and residents.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage required documentation.
  • Develop and implement a resident ambassador's program.
  • Perform clerical duties and manage marketing materials.
