About The Position
As the Director of Sales and Marketing with Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley you will be responsible for leading and directing the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Hilton's Commercial Services organization is comprised of team members driving our sales, revenue, marketing, catering, and events management, call centers, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton's 'commercial engine' and are essential to Hilton's ability to drive profitable growth.
