About The Position

At NeuReality, we’re redefining AI deployment with a purpose-built inference platform that unifies silicon, system software, and orchestration—delivering unmatched performance, efficiency, and scale. We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Sales Director to lead our enterprise sales motion and accelerate adoption of our production-grade AI inference solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales in AI infrastructure, GPU/cloud compute, or production SaaS
  • Proven success selling inference platforms or infrastructure software into NeoClouds, hyperscalers, and enterprise IT
  • Strong technical fluency in GPUs, AI/ML inference workloads, and cloud-native architectures
  • Track record of closing large, strategic, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Executive presence, sharp negotiation skills, and consistent quota overachievement
  • Established a network across the AI infrastructure ecosystem
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited for a fast-scaling environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at companies like CoreWeave, Lambda, Together AI, Cast AI, Run:ai, Replicate, Baseten, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, selling GPU/compute workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic enterprise sales across cloud, SaaS, AI-native, and data center segments
  • Own complex, multi-stakeholder deals—from PoC to full production deployment
  • Engage NeoClouds, hyperscalers, semiconductor partners, and enterprise AI leaders
  • Sell across the full AI stack: inference serving, orchestration, GPU infrastructure, networking, and system software
  • Own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue growth
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to shape GTM strategy
  • Represent NeuReality at key industry events and executive engagements
