About The Position

Bluehost is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead our Agency Segment, focusing on Digital and Web Design Agencies. In this role, you’ll drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and build long-term relationships with a key segment that repeatedly purchases our products and services.

Requirements

• Experienced sales leader (Director level preferred) with 5+ years of proven success.
• Demonstrated experience selling to digital/web design agencies; hosting experience a plus.
• Skilled in building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Cross-functional collaborator, partnering effectively with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Operationally rigorous, comfortable managing pipelines, forecasting, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using data-driven prospecting, industry events, marketing initiatives, and your network.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
• Partner with Marketing to create and refine sales enablement and customer-facing content.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
