The Director of Sales and Admissions will develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and educate those sources on facility services. This position plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the process of admitting new residents and involves a mix of healthcare knowledge, sales and marketing, administrative skills, and compassionate communication.
