As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through process optimization, cross-functional alignment, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization. You are the trusted partner with global and regional sales leaders to help identify and execute improvements to internal processes across all customer-facing roles. As a RevOps Manager, you will need to have strategic thinking coupled with effective execution. You'll cultivate relationships within the sales, finance, and marketing divisions to pinpoint areas for improvement, and facilitate the provision of resources, tools, and support essential for successful sales. The ideal candidate is disciplined, structured, and detail-oriented, all while offering a customer-centric approach. You are a fast learner and can work independently and have a strong sense of ownership and possess the self-confidence to further develop this role at Markt-Pilot. This role will report to the Global SVP of Sales while also closely supporting and aligning to our CFO and Finance team.
