Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Senior level experience in revenue management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitor, historical, and statistical data to establish optimum pricing.
• Maximize revenue through intelligent rate restrictions and inventory management.
• Ensure optimum positioning on all distribution channels.
• Collaborate with brand revenue managers to develop revenue management strategies.
• Lead revenue management calls and create agendas with follow-up action items.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to prepare annual revenue budgets.
• Provide 30 and 60-day revenue forecasts.
• Identify and engage with revenue-generating prospects and formulate action plans.
• Train hotel team members on established rate strategies.
• Analyze weekly and monthly STR Reports and suggest corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with brand promotions and strategic participation.
• Review Hotel Planner bids and stats for all properties and follow up on issues.
• Review Reservation Activity Reports for correct coding and inquire about significant discrepancies.
• Train, coach, and mentor Revenue Managers and Revenue Analysts.
