About The Position

The Director of RGM is responsible for shaping and executing Chosen Foods’ pricing, trade investment, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. This leader leverages deep data analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to build price-pack architecture, optimize promotional effectiveness, and ensure every commercial decision delivers sustainable growth. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category Management, the Director of RGM serves as the organization’s expert on value creation, enabling Chosen Foods to win in both the short and long term.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in revenue growth management, commercial strategy, or related roles in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Deep understanding of pricing, trade promotion, and assortment optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software, advanced Excel/Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of pricing, trade spend, and promotional strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Design and maintain price-pack architecture that aligns with shopper needs and business objectives.
  • Analyze consumption, shipment, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with Sales and Category Management to deliver fact-based recommendations to retail partners.
  • Establish guardrails and governance for trade investment to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Finance to deliver accurate forecasts, scenario planning, and margin optimization.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Build RGM capability across the organization through tools, training, and process excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
