Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of Revenue Cycle or consulting experience with steady advancement into leadership roles
• Proven leadership ability
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Must be in Tulsa, OK area or willing to relocate
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to aggregate, analyze, and communicate data trends.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage customer relationships in the Tulsa, OK market.
• Participate in R1 strategy development as a thought leader and content expert.
• Influence and assist in maturing key processes such as financial analyses and process performance reporting.
• Facilitate group meetings and develop process flows.
• Serve as a liaison between the service delivery team, enterprise operations team, and the client.
• Supervise and coordinate revenue enhancement initiatives throughout the revenue cycle for client hospitals.
• Assume responsibility for all management decisions related to daily operations within assigned hospital(s).
• Collaborate with the client's c-suite and CFO to drive impactful results.
• Obtain executive client buy-in for complex projects and initiatives.
• Support and prepare weekly and monthly performance meetings.
