The Director of Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial billing, collections, and reimbursement processes for St Croix Hospice. This role ensures accurate and timely billing, maximizes timely cash collections, maintains compliance with Medicare & Medicaid regulations, and drives the overall financial performance of the organization’s revenue cycle operations. The Director will lead a team of billing and collections professionals, establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement best practices to ensure efficient, compliant, and optimized revenue and collection operations.
