The Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at Apex Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center is a key leadership role responsible for optimizing revenue cycle operations. This position involves overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to billing and collections, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with both the RCM team and non-Revenue Cycle stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director will lead a team of 12-15 individuals and work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive strategic solutions and operational efficiencies.
