About The Position

Elevate the guest experience through merchandise and strategy! As Director of Retail, you will lead all aspects of retail operations at the venue. You will develop revenue-driving strategies, coordinate product selections, manage team performance, and ensure an engaging retail environment that aligns with Levy's standards. This role will partner with other department leaders to meet and exceed guest expectations while driving profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and train teams
• Understanding of financial reports and budgeting
