About Us Boys & Girls Clubs of Stanislaus County is dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential. Every day, we provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children and teens can learn, grow, and thrive. Through academic support, character development, health and wellness programs, and the arts, we help young people build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Our mission is simple and powerful: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible adults. If you believe in the power of opportunity, mentorship, and community, this is a place where your work truly matters. Position Summary The Director of Resource Development (DRD) is a key member of our leadership team and the driving force behind our fundraising strategy. This role leads all contributed revenue efforts—including individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, donor stewardship, and annual fund development. The DRD works closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Resource Development Committee, and external partners to build a strong culture of philanthropy and execute a comprehensive, metric-driven development plan. This is a highly relational, donor-facing role focused on revenue generation—not event logistics or administrative tasks.
