Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field required
Five years related experience, including at least three years in a supervisory and management capacity, required
Demonstrated knowledge and ability in budget management, program development and personnel management required
Must have current training/certification in First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration (MAP), HIV/AIDS and Infection Control, or be trained within designated timelines. Must maintain valid certifications throughout employment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) and the ability to make effective public presentations required
Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week, provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation and to respond to emergency calls as necessary
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
