About The Position

The Sales Director will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving new business growth, expanding market share, and deepening client relationships across North America. This role will be leading Business to Business sales professionals focused on generating new and recurring revenue through the sales and marketing of MRI’s Living Suite of solutions, which includes, but is not limited to Callmax, CheckpointID, RentPayment, Multifamily Insurance, MRI ApartmentData and various Screening solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales leadership background in SaaS or enterprise technology who can inspire teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth in SaaS industry
  • Experience in real estate software industry a plus
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex situations and drive outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales managers and reps to achieve individual and collective performance targets
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and professional growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with North America revenue goals and corporate growth objectives
  • Drive pipeline generation and progression, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent attainment of quotas
  • Expand MRI’s footprint with both new logo acquisition and growth within the existing client base
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure sales alignment and client satisfaction
  • Provide feedback on product roadmap and market requirements
  • Ensure sales processes, systems, and reporting (Salesforce, CRM tools) are followed and optimized
  • Monitor and manage KPIs including bookings, pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and retention metrics
