About The Position
The Director of Residential Education and Housing is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of the residential education and housing programs. The Director is committed to the department's mission of creating a safe, supportive, and engaged living-learning community that enhances students' personal and academic success and supports the College's core values. The Director will serve as a resource to students of all backgrounds and will foster an environment of social support, personal autonomy, and community accountability through programs, policies, and interpersonal communication. The Director is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position reporting to the Dean of Students.
