About The Position
Do you have HEART? In this role you will be responsible for planning and leading daily programs and special events that enhance the lifestyle for residents and highlights the positive aspects of life at a Senior Lifestyle Community. This position requires an individual who exhibits creativity, innovation and is willing to try new things, is a source of positive energy and inspiration to the residents, families, and team members, is capable of leading daily community programs independently with confidence, is able to pivot in the event of an event no-show, cancellation or other unanticipated interruption to the schedule, and is able to create and nurture community partnerships to enhance life for the residents. This position reports to the Executive Director and may be required to supervise other staff positions.
