We are looking for an experienced Director of Resident Programs to join our growing team! Director of Resident Programs, Full Time The Director of Resident Programs must understand the organization’s goals for program services and strive to meet and exceed these goals. He/she will plan, develop, and implement an exciting resident program to meet individual needs within the community as well as through outside trips and events. This position has oversight of, and coordinates, all transportation. The Director is responsible for ensuring that all programming meets all state, federal and other regulations. This position will require some weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Certification required per State requirements.
MUST have AL experience
2 years experience preferred.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and its applications.
Be able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
Experience developing and implementing programs.
Ability to build and lead a cohesive, successful team.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement an exciting resident program to meet individual needs within the community as well as through outside trips and events.
Oversight of, and coordinates, all transportation.
Ensuring that all programming meets all state, federal and other regulations.
