About The Position

The Director of Rehabilitation at Select Rehabilitation is a leadership role focused on overseeing therapy services across various facilities. This position requires a proactive leader who is also a caregiver, ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services while fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program (PT, PTA, OTR, or COTA).
• Current state licensure as a therapist.
• Experience with PDPM and MDS management preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage therapy services in assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding therapy services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Assistants.
