Requirements

Current Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the State of Michigan
Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical rehabilitation setting, with proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Current BLS

Nice To Haves

PACS experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and oversee all therapy programs (physical, occupational, speech) within the facility to ensure high quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
Supervise and mentor therapy staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee daily operations
Manage department budgets, staffing levels, scheduling, and equipment
