About The Position

Requirements

  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist Assistant.
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Occupational Therapy, Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or Associate of Arts degree as an Occupational Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure.

  • Oversee direct therapy services, ensuring high-quality care to residents.
  • Track and analyze data to enhance patient outcomes and department effectiveness.
  • Manage and monitor resident admissions for optimal resource allocation.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling of treatments, maximizing resident benefit.
  • Provide expert clinical supervision to a dedicated therapy team.
  • Oversee comprehensive case management, ensuring holistic resident care.
