About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking a part-time Director of Rehab who is a Physical Therapist Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapist within our therapy team at Boulder Post-Acute located in Boulder, CO. Requirements
- Associate degree as a Physical/Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Current state licensure or certification

- One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role

- Excel in bringing a visionary approach for a continuum of care to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence
- Optimize data driven therapy and outcomes through various metrics and standard of care
- Provide direct therapy services to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
