Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
- Must be flexible, reliable and an enthusiastic leader
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory and SNF experience a plus!
Responsibilities
- Efficiently coordinating rehab services in providing patient care under Medicare, Managed Care, traditional and all other forms of reimbursement requirements.
- Insure outcome goals are met for each patient in an organized and cost-effective manner.
- Facilitate efficient communication between rehab and other team members within the facility.
- Assist the administrator with marketing and other facility needs.
- Serve as a role model for the NHC promises.
