About The Position
LP Therapy is seeking an experienced Rehab Director to lead rehabilitation services in a Long-Term Care setting. This role combines clinical therapy with department leadership to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities include: overseeing rehab staff and schedules; providing therapy services; tracking and reporting Medicare and MDS data; ensuring timely documentation; collaborating with Nursing and facility leadership; supporting patient satisfaction and quality outcomes; assisting with onboarding and staff development.
Requirements
- Active PT, OT, or SLP license in good standing
- strong knowledge of Medicare and MDS
- leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to meet productivity standards and work collaboratively
Nice To Haves
- LTC experience preferred
