About The Position
The Director of Rehab at Rivercrest Post Acute is responsible for overseeing all therapy personnel within the facility, ensuring that rehabilitation needs of residents are met while adhering to regulatory standards. This role involves direct supervision, scheduling, and coordination of therapy services, as well as maintaining high-quality care and clinical documentation. The Director will also implement new treatment programs, manage denials, and participate in facility meetings, all while promoting a positive work environment and community relations.
