About The Position
The Director of Rehab/PTA is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services within a (SNF) healthcare facility. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality physical therapy and rehabilitation care that meets regulatory standards and enhances patient outcomes. The Director will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment. They will also manage operational aspects including budgeting, staffing, and compliance with healthcare laws and accreditation requirements. Ultimately, the Director of Rehab/PTA drives strategic initiatives to improve service efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical excellence in rehabilitation programs.
